Via Esperanza is Sonoma CAN’s Family Resource Center in Santa Rosa. Our mission is to strengthen families by improving health outcomes, academic and financial success.

What We Do

Via Esperanza offers programs and crucial resources for all families and their members from birth to adulthood. We connect families to supportive networks helping them meet their unique goals.
