COMMUNITY ACTION PARTNERSHIP
YouthBuild Santa Rosa Mentoring Component is the sixth "component" of this unique vocational school. The mentoring component offers a one-to-one mentoring program serving youth ages 16-24, helping them navigate through their lives with the guidance and support of a caring adult.
Our program requires all volunteer mentors to:
- Meet YouthBuild's required background screening process
- Attend mandatory basic training as well as ongoing quarterly trainings
- Must be a minimum of 25 years old
- Commit to a minimum of 14 monthsyear, four hours a month with their youth
YouthBuild Santa Rosa Mentoring Component is a year long program continuing throughout the year.
